1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To participate in fantasy contests, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are legal
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not allow others to use your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

2. Contest Rules and Gameplay

When participating in fantasy basketball contests:

• All lineups must be submitted before the contest lock time
• Scoring is based on actual NBA player performance as outlined in our Point System
• Contest results are final once officially determined
• Players who do not participate in games receive zero points
• You may enter multiple contests but only once per unique contest
• Lineup information and strategies may be visible to other users

We reserve the right to void contests in cases of technical errors, stat corrections, or integrity concerns.

3. Skill-Based Entertainment

Fantasy Clearball operates as a skill-based entertainment platform. Success depends on your sports knowledge, statistical analysis, and strategic decision-making. Contests are determined by skill, not chance.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Manipulate or exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities
• Collude with other users or share insider information
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent contest limits
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fantasy Clearball platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Data and Statistics

Player statistics and game data are provided by third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all statistical information. Official stat corrections may be applied retroactively.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Clearball and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
